A Celebration of Diversity and Intercommunity Cooperation Marking the Conclusion of the 2024/2025 Courses at ABSM, Basel

On the evening of June 25, 2025, ABSM Basel – Institute for Training and Counseling for Migrants, based in Basel, organized a festive event for two joyful occasions. More than 200 guests gathered in the garden of ABSM at Gempenstrasse 27 in Basel to celebrate both the beginning of the summer season and the conclusion of the course year 2024–2025.

Thanks to the exemplary organization by the dedicated ABSM team and the large turnout, it was truly a celebration full of vibrancy, diversity, and emotion. This event held on ABSM’s premises became even more joyful and memorable thanks to the participation of Sasha Mazzotti, Tim Cuénod, and Zaira Esposito from the Cantonal Parliament of Basel-Stadt.
Their presence highlighted the social and official importance of integration work. The ABSM Board – President Skender Nikoliqi, Philippe Alioth, Irma Rodiqi, and Besim Pajaziti – took care of preparations and remained actively engaged throughout the event in welcoming the guests.

A scientific conference is held on the 25th anniversary of “ABSM” and “Albanian Union in the World” in Basel

The member of the Support Committee of “GjakovaBasel” artist Shyqri Nimani, promotes the book “78 days bombing of NATO”.

On the 14th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Kosovo, the book “78 days bombing of NATO” by Shyqri Nimani, also the calligrapher of the Declaration of Independence of Kosovo, is promoted. In this work, Nimani has reopened the archives of the British media, to bring together all the reports. This work comes as a result of several years of work in the collection of articles of British gays who covered 78 days bombing of NATO in the Kosovo war.
